Blog Diaries

TAF presents the exhibition Blog Diaries which opens on Wednesday, February 15th and will run until March 15th, 2012.

The exhibition consists of installations created by greek bloggers, where they present the material from their personal blogs. The ten blogs hosted in the equivalent rooms of TAF have a familiar feeling and tell stories of the every day life of their creators.

The choice of the participants was made with aesthetical as well as thematical criteria, while they present in total a poetic, narrative and spontaneous sence that runs through each ones blog. The electronic material that is included is contemporary and multidimensional, while being daily, sincere and human.

This exhibition is the first physical presence of the material that the bloggers publish and brings to the exhibition space the intimate world and the special atmosphere of the blogs. The installations include resourceful recombinations of pictures, texts, and in certain cases sounds, and demonstrate at a new public, the interests and the creative concerns of these bloggers, functioning as a rare section of the cyber and the real world.
